The invitation of these saunas extends to: Social Prescribers, Social Navigators, Link workers, Charity workers of any kind, NHS workers of any kind
This session is carefully facilitated and will guide you through each step of the sauna bathing experience, making it accessible to those who are less experienced in sauna bathing.
Through this event, we offer:
A space for wellbeing and self care for those working in healthcare, the charity sector and beyond.
A place where community and connections can be made in a relaxed and nourishing environment.
An opportunity to experience the physical and social benefits of sauna bathing first hands so it can be shared with your service users.
A chance to discussion how our sauna could support your teams who may be suffering from burnout and seeking healthy way to relax.
Currently, this is a mixed gender event, we are aware this can exclude people of some religious practices from attending. If you or your colleagues fall within this category, please do get in touch, we can arrange something that works for you.
