The word in the community is that Finn has a magical energy, being a favourite between the sauna attendants and attendees alike. We are very excited to be in conversation with Nic, to find out more about Finn, as well as the ‘how’s and ‘where’s of their sauna journey!
Sauna in summer!
A couple of years ago, I would not have dreamt to think that the solution for my overheated body and mind would be a hot sauna?! ‘No, I don’t think heat is what will cool me down…
Turns out - higher temperatures can help build more tolerance to heat.
