Fascilitated by Saorla (they/them), the grief sauna is a sauna session where we allow space for all stages of grief. It is a community rooted project to allow people to come together in ritualised sauna bathing in a container that welcomes all stages of your personal grief journey.

It is a sauna session that is rooted in somatic experience as oppose to talking, you can participate as much as you want, all levels of participation are welcomed.
