At out Hackney Site, on our busier times, we leave 3 slots available just for members: available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at 6pm & 8pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays all day!

Once Regulars Club membership is applied to an account, members will have access to discounted packages. These can be found on your customer account in the menu under:

Packages
Your member’s discount is not applied directly when booking.
Instead Packages are used to access your member’s discount, working like coupons.
Regulars Club members can purchase the discounted Packages and use them at the Checkout to pay for a session.
At Checkout, members will be prompted to use any relevant purchased Packages.
If a Package has not been purchased prior to making the booking, the member will be prompted to pay the full price of the session by card.
To apply their discounted session rate, members must purchase the relevant Package before making their booking.
It is possible for members to purchase multiple packages in advance of booking a session.
Please note that these packages will expire one month from their purchase date.

Your Regulars Club membership packages are processed manually by the Community Sauna admin team and can take up to 2 working days to show on your account.
When this has been completed, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to use your Regulars Club benefits.

Select Packages
Purchase the relevant session
Head to the TImetable
Find the session you want to book
The system will prompt you to pay for the session using the purchased session as a Package
Your Regulars Club memberships are added manually by our CSB admin team, on weekdays.
If you've purchased Regular Club membership on a Saturday or Sunday, please wait until the following week for membership benefits to be applied to your account.

If you want to cancel your membership - no problem!
To cancel your membership please email
You’ll just be charged for the remaining month, and your package will become inactive at the end of that period.
If you choose to cancel your membership within the first month of joining, you will be charged for the following month's fee.
We do not offer a pro rata refund mid period. -
