Mara is a queer neurodiverse migrant practitioner, whose work focuses on a mixture of consent work and body autonomy.

Their blend of somatics, bodywork and coaching makes every session a bit unique, allowing space for widening + stepping into nervous system resilience, emotional processing, as well as listening and conversing with areas of the body that are calling out for connection, holding and pleasure.

Mara’s practice is not for those in need of a ‘firm massage’, focusing more on sustainable nourishment and rest; doing so by inviting in softness, vulnerability and a desire for speaking up from an embodied place.
