Their blend of somatics, bodywork and coaching makes every session a bit unique, allowing space for widening and embodying nervous system resilience, emotional processing, as well as listening and conversing with areas of the body that are calling out for connection, holding and pleasure.

Mara’s practice is not for those in need of a ‘firm massage’, and invites softness, vulnerability and a desire for speaking up from an embodied place.
