Access to Pre-Sale sauna sessions
People who have purchased pre-sale packages will have exclusive access to reserved sauna sessions.
These are available on the timetable. Follow the How to Book information to book these sessions.
Terms and Conditions for 1 Year 50% Sauna Package
Package Eligibility
1.1 The 1 year 50% sauna package is available for a one-time fee of £100.
1.2 package is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased it.
1.3 The package holder cannot use this package to book for other guests. It’s for their personal use only
Package Benefits and Limitations
2.1 The package provides discounted access to sauna facilities during operational hours.
2.2 The package does not include any treatments or events.
2.3 The package is valid at Camberwell/Walthemstow
2.4 The package can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Package Duration
3.1 The package is valid for 365 days from the Launch of the Camberwell/Walthamstow site [insert date]
3.2 The facility reserves the right to close temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice whenever possible.
Usage Policies
4.1 Package holders must adhere to all facility rules, regulations and sauna etiquette while using the sauna.
4.2 The facility reserves the right to revoke package privileges for any misconduct or violation of rules.
Non-Refundable
5.1 The £100 package fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, facility closure, changes in ownership, or personal reasons.
Facility Changes
6.1 The facility reserves the right to change operating hours, sauna features, or package benefits with prior notice to package holders.
6.2 In the event of a change in ownership or management, the new owners will honor existing packages.
Liability Waiver
7.1 Package holders acknowledge that use of the sauna involves inherent risks, and they agree to waive any liability claims against the facility or its employees for injuries or damages incurred during use.
Amendments
9.1 The facility reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Package holders will be notified of any significant changes.
Acceptance of Terms
10.1 By purchasing the 50% off sauna package, the package holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Lifetime 50% Sauna Package

1.1 The lifetime 50% sauna package is available for a one-time fee of £500.
1.2 package is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased it.
1.3 The package holder cannot use this package to book for other guests. It’s for their personal use only
Package Benefits and Limitations
2.1 The package provides discounted access to sauna facilities during operational hours.
2.2 The package does not include any promotions, treatments or events.
2.3 The package works across Hackney Stratford Bermondsey Camberwell and Walthamstow
2.4 The package can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Package Duration
3.1 The package is valid for the lifetime of the package holder, defined as the duration of their life.
3.2 The facility reserves the right to close temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice whenever possible.
