We offer two communal saunas, set in a beautiful community garden, with access to refreshing cold baths.

60-minute session for either £10.00 waged ticket or £6.00 unwaged ticket.

Eastern end of Burgess Park on the Surrey Canal Walk, about 15 minutes from Peckham town centre at 64, Glengall Road, Peckham, SE15 6NH (MAP)

Please note from 27th February all sessions will increase to 75 mins and will be:

£11.50 for standard ticket 

£7.50 for low wage ticket

Peckham Concessions 

We are now offering £5 concessionary pricing Thursday - Sunday to those in receipt of benefits and UC, NHS workers and Blue Badge holders, students and over 65s.

Where to find us

64 Glengall Road, Garden entrance from Surrey Canal Path, Peckham, London, SE15 6NF

From Peckham, walk between the library and the Peckham Pulse (health centre) and keep walking along the Surrey Canal Walk. Continue under two bridges and eventually you’ll have the new concrete wall to your right. The garden is above that.

While most of our sauna sessions are open to everyone, the sessions listed above are dedicated to specific communities. Please check the booking descriptions for more details on each session.

Peckham sauna is not step free, Glengall garden is step free but it has uneven and muddy flooring.

Before your visit

 

    • Swimwear

    • Two towels

    • Waterbottle (optional) 

    • Flipflops (optional)

    • We do not recommend walking around barefoot. The ground can be uneven at points, and dirt and grime get picked up and taken into the sauna and cold plunge. Please bring flip-flops or pool sliders to wear when walking around on the ground outside.

    • Please shower thoroughly before entering the sauna or cold plunge. We do not currently have a hot shower.

    • All belongings except sauna gear (swimwear, towels, hat, water bottle, flip flops etc.) must be kept folded away in the lockers, boxes and shelves provided. We cannot be liable for your valuables.

    • The sauna is a hot place, and this is all thanks to the stove. Keep in mind that it is incredibly hot, and exercise caution standing up and moving about the sauna. Do not lean on the safety guard surrounding the sauna.

    • The sauna should be a safe space for everyone. If someone is making you feel anxious or uncomfortable, please tell your sauna host.
