This package offers 10 sauna sessions of any of the communal sauna sessions at either Hackney or Stratford sauna, including One Hour Morning sessions at £9.50 Off Peak sauna at £11 and Evening and Weekend sessions at £16.50 (this dose not include events)

PECKHAM

  • Please bear in mind that different gift vouchers are redeemable in specific locations. There are three different types of gift vouchers:

    • Hackney, Stratford & Bermondsey

    • Peckham

    You are only able to redeem the sessions in the location specified on the voucher.

    In order to use your voucher, you can use it as a Payment Method instead of payment, on any session booking of that particular sauna site. Just go through the regular payment process and use the Gift Voucher instead of pay.

    Please note, we do not send out physical copies of Gift Vouchers.

    You can request a physical card on site showing your receipt and
    you will have a printable certificate made available to you after order.

  • You can use our gift cards for sauna sessions depending what it specifies in the gift voucher.

    Please bear in mind that gift vouchers are currently only redeemable at the site specified on the gift card.

  • If you purchased old gift cards for the 60min Peckham session, this can be used on the new 75 min sessions, until they run out, or expire.

    If you purchased a gift card before we moved to the new booking system and you haven’t used it yet:

    Make sure it is still in date. You will then need to email us to support@community-sauna.co.uk with the gift card number and email address you registered the gift card to, so that we can transfer the balance to the new system.
