The gift of sauna

Please bear in mind that different gift vouchers are redeemable in specific locations. There are three different types of gift vouchers:

• Hackney and Stratford

• Bermondsey

• Peckham

You are only able to redeem the sessions in the location specified on the voucher.

Please, email giftcard@community-sauna.co.uk with your code and email address to redeem your sauna.

Hackney & Stratford gift cards are only redeemable from the 20th of December.

Please note, we do not send out physical copies of Gift Vouchers.

You can request a physical card on site showing your receipt and
you will have a printable certificate made available to you after order.

You can use our gift cards for sauna sessions or membership depending what it specifies in the gift voucher.

Please bear in mind that gift vouchers are currently only redeemable at the site specified on the gift card.

If you purchased a gift card before we moved to the new system and you haven’t used it yet:

Make sure it is still in date. You will then need to email us to info@community-sauna.co.uk with the gift card number and email address you registered the gift card to, so that we can transfer the balance to the new system.
